      It's a way to earn money.

      Cons

      Company acts like you are their property. Overworked without adequate compensation. The dumbest people get promoted fast because it's not about hard work or the value of a person it all hinges on how well you can smooch rear end.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
