The benefits package is very rich. That was hard to leave.
Cons
Management isn’t interested in employee satisfaction, involvement and buy in to company culture. There is a lot of lip service and training preaching these principles but none of the management team will implement it in their own work practices. It is all about experiences over there. This may be localized to the region I was working in. I know it wasn’t isolated to the location I was at. I was consistently lied to about why I was not promoted. The lies we’re blatant and no attempt was made to disguise them.
