      Great benefits, paid time off and sick leave, good pay.

      Cons

      Only downfall with benefits is cannot add spouse if their employer offers health insurance. Makes it difficult if you start working after open enrollment season.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
