      Work life balance is great, Every other Friday off in most cases. Clean work environment. Always something to learn

      Cons

      No defined way to work your way up. Hr seems to have restrictions on how much you can get raises within the same title.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
