      Pros

      Good pay. Great benefits. Some good co-workers.

      Cons

      Hr runs the place. They treat there workers like work horses never giving them days off. Hr don t care about your healt. Hr treats you like you are property. They don't care if you get hurt on the job. They will fire you if you get hurt or end up getting medical problems.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
