      The only way to become a senior engineer is to be patient. It doesn’t matter how good you do your job, the only way to become senior is with time.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
