      You get to learn a lot of how a company really should work since there is processes for everything. The company is very well functioning.

      Cons

      The management style is very hierarchal / American. The high degree of structure also means that there is little room to be innovative.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
