      Great place to be/work, management is solid, better system than Toyota, most people are really good to work with

      Cons

      Pay scale is low, annual review metrics are skewed, no advancement vertically for engineering, still a great place to work

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
