      Pros

      Good pay. Work with wonderful people. An opportunity to work at an esteemed business with significant international connections. Things have improved all over.

      Cons

      Not a big fan of continental. I'm not entirely sure if this will be a deal breaker at some point in the near future.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
