1. Good global Mindset and exposure. 2. Carefully designed corporate and manufacturing standards. 3. Have good business portfolio in coming years.
Cons
1. Very poor HR policies. 2. Very rude HR behavior. 3. Work life balance is poor. 4. Poor work culture. 5. Work culture doesn’t looks like that they are manufacturing such a critical parts, e.g. airbags and seat belts. 4. No respect to working associates. 5. Need to work a lot to improve the work culture. 6. Very stressful atmosphere. 7. Very high attrition rate. 8. Very stringent hierarchy which ceases your career progression.
