      Pros

      Technology, Good work environment, improving IT systems, traveling, modern it hardware, and that is about all i can say about the pros

      Cons

      Big workload; not constant; not open to remote working; it was forbidden to listen to music using the headsets without bothering other colleagues

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
