Does not care about the employee - Engineer Autoliv Employee Review

Base pay was low; although benefits make up for some of that low base pay. Work life balance was horrendous, constantly on the phone during home life and weekends. Communication was laughable bad, upper management did not clearly convey desired expectations and constantly changes their minds. I asked about my future in the company and possibly futures raises and I was all but told that unless I go into supervision or management I would not be able to get more than the standard raise per year (no more than 3%)even with bumping up pay grades. Human Resources were completely cold and unhelpful in most cases. I would not recommend working for this company, at least not on the manufacturing side. The product design of things might be better.
