Worst company - Software Engineer Autoliv Employee Review

Management is worst here. they are very lazy. If you have any concern no body work on that. Any process here takes 2 months. HR are worst people I have ever meet. they are very rude and act like a dictator. If you need to get any money(reimbursement etc.) minimum it takes 2 month that when you keep asking about it otherwise they will never give you. HR never reply on your mail until you keep president in CC.
