Long-term career growth is more limited at such a small company.

- small team with a family feel - everyone is focused on the same goals and those goals are always clearly defined - the whole team is extremely dedicated and passionate - very team focused attitude from everyone - overall, they really genuinely care about and take care of the employees (sponsored lunches, well stocked healthy kitchen, annual trips, monthly outings, subsidized transportation + gym) - nice office location right near Union Square / FiDi - business is stable and growing at a healthy rate - output expectations and work / life balance is the BEST I've experienced in the startup space - extremely flat organization - unlimited vacation

- it's a startup, so you have to be comfortable owning and learning certain things that typically are out of your comfort zone (although I see this as a huge pro) - if you're the type of person who needs to be assigned specific tasks and have an exact outline of your role, this place probably wouldn't work for you
