      Enjoyed welding and building what ever was needed and preventative maintenance on machines.

      Cons

      schooling the loyal people for millwright rather then people get into school and quitting afterwards.

      Pros

      The location is convenient because my job is only a mile and a half away from my house and close to my sons school.

      Cons

      Their is no room to grow. I’m losing hours and money because incoming work has slowed down.
