Pros

After five months, my initial impression is AutoWeb is building (and re-building) what it means to be the performance-marketing engine of the automotive industry. Everyone is mission-focused, leadership is approachable and supportive, and they actually live the culture they champion (very refreshing). My colleagues having been incredibly helpful and supportive, and thus far I've only experienced positive work relations (no toxic office politics, etc). There is a bias for innovation (AI and otherwise) and action, which I love. The compensation is competitive, and the incredible office provides generous snacks and fully catered meals served 5-days per week.

Cons

Not so much a con, but the environment demands the ability to shift gears, as the nature of the business and automotive vertical fluctuates. The required adaptability and speed to pivot are critical to succeed. Also, those coming from fully remote work environments may find the transition to in-office takes some time. Not all roles are in-office, but mine and many are.

Pros

paycheck was decent, but then when you realize how terrible the insurance is, it is significantly less than anticipated

Cons

company culture is nonexistent, there is zero training or onboarding other than a feel good inclusion slide deck from HR.
