Pros
Most employees and very friendly and relaxed. I learned a lot, personally and professionally.
Cons
Very low pay. No pay raises. I know employees that are still waiting for a pay raise to take effect that they were promised almost a year prior. I have heard the ceo make a verbal offer to potential new hires and then reduce the amount of pay that was agreed on verbally just to see if he could pay even less, all the while stringing the potential employee along for over a month only to EMAIL and inform the future employee that their offer was rescinded. The ceo promises promotions, but then will not give you a title, job description or additional pay. I really cannot stress how toxic of a workplace this company is. This company is the picture perfect example why you don’t make a salesman a ceo.
