Pros
Benefits were decent, although we didn't need to use a lot of them. Excellent, well liked customer service center leader. Low turnover in customer service.
Cons
Leadership is misguided, and since this is a family run organization, there is nothing anyone can do about it. Anger management issues beginning at the top and working its way to the employee level. Very unprofessional business environment. Specific experience includes having office items thrown at the wall during meetings. Would not recommend as a place of employment or as a client since they are happy with status quo.
