Great product, terrible management & direction - Engineer AutoStore (Norway) Employee Review

The negatives are mainly down to managers who are not supportive and fester a strong blame culture. New English and American management have also poisoned the culture here. Since AutoStore become publicly traded the stock has tanked 90%. So now in response everything now is about shareholder value. To support this, they have began cost cutting, cutting good people, shrinking marketing spend and pushing partners for no value in return.
