We understand that not every former employee will have a positive view of their time with AutoShack. That said, this review does not reflect how we operate or how we expect employees to be treated.
AutoShack uses standard attendance and timekeeping procedures, including clocking in and out, to ensure payroll accuracy, scheduling discipline, and fairness across the business. These are normal workplace requirements, not unusual demands.
We also understand that structured expectations are not the right fit for everyone. AutoShack is a growing business with operational standards that must be followed consistently across retail, distribution, customer service, and head office teams.
We value employees who come to work prepared, follow policy, support customers, and contribute to the business. Many of our team members have built long-term careers with AutoShack, and we remain focused on supporting employees who are aligned with those expectations.
