      Pros

      Great company from the executives to management. The culture is amazing, at our Richardson location the GM Jeremy is marvelous. His approach with leadership is second to none.

      Cons

      You have to work to live but not live to work, if a hour can be eliminated daily that would be outstanding. Especially going into the fall and winter season.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for a while and the company has treated me good the whole time I have been here. I have moved states for the company and grown with them as well. I think that I have seen the transition go bad for a while and was glad to come back with the heads of the company back in the right hands. Ultimately I love working for AutoSavvy. I think that I have given a lot to the company but the company has definitely given back as well. I guess my answers make it pretty clear who I am but that is okay hahaha LETS GO REAL DEAL RICHARDSON!!!!

      Honestly I think that the pay structure could be better from the top down.
