Employees should be valued more - Anonymous employee AutoGravity Employee Review

Personally, I feel the biggest problem AG has right now since I joined is the way the employees are being treated. Not all but some of the executives have very little respect to the team, which is why many early employees have left the company due to company culture changed dramatically. Things that used to make employees happy are being cut back, not sure why the management would do such things to upset people even more when you've already lost some great talents.
