used to be a nice smal company with a couple of good products. got in over their head and now a real mess - Tech Engineer AutoForm Employee Review

tense atmosphere, lot of politicking and bickering. sales guys are pretty clueless and overpaid while tech support effort is not recognised at all. unfair treatement with no loyalty; paying out huge dollars for consulting guys who produce nothing. lot of micromanagement from zurich, very poor HR and salary structure, waste of everybody's time with unuseable products and really complicated ideas that no one gets.
