Pros
Bank relationships. I wish I had more pro's but there just are not any.
Cons
Company is mismanaged by a hedge fund baby and a couple tech guys. Most of the talent they had years ago left for better opportunities. As much as you work, not taking PTO etc they just want more. Hopefully they sell soon so all of the employees that got a few shares can get something for their hard work.
