      Pros

      Mostly good people to work with and the pay is pretty good. Overall was a good experience a shame a couple of bad apples had to ruin it.

      Cons

      Lots of division between departments, lack of respect between management of departments. Overall lack of loyalty to employees based on he said she said kind of stuff. Overall lack of respect from logistics and recon management and sales management

      Pros

      4 day/10 hour work week, Free lunch on Saturdays, Off on Sundays, Simple Company processes, Benefits are decent that include Dental, PTO and Long term disability, Management is approachable and positive, 1 hour lunch each day, If you work hard, they will notice it. Its not commissioned like most dealership which has very high turn over ratios.

      Cons

      Pay is ok but can be better. I guess if business takes off, hopefully there will be pay increases. It would be nice to have IRAs, 401ks as well as short term disability insurance.
