A good company to build CV, learn professional environment for fresh graduate and raise your value in the market. Things learned in Astra group definitely will bring positive impact to any organization or your business.
Cons
As an organization under Astra International, it used to be an attractive company. Although the salary was basic the health benefit was above the average. But now they’ve fell far behind. It tool 5 years or more to be job group (sub gol) promoted.
