Pros
Made some life long friends, gained valuable experience within the field.
Cons
Nepotism and favouritism are rife within the seperate departments I worked in, where others were allowed to slack off and get away with below bare minimum performance because "it's just who they are" while going for coffees with incompetent team leaders and the staff there for a fair go are the ones having to cop the abuse and extensive workload to cover for the incompetency. Mental health of consultants or high worker turnover never matters, until a worker speaks up in a 200 person meeting in front of the CEO, then it's "this should have been addressed in a personal manner because it made us look on a bad light" Good luck to anyone who wishes to gain experience and progress, because unless you're in with the cliquey management, you won't get far.
