Reduction of WFH program signals an increasing unwillingness to listen to associates. - Software Developer Auto-Owners Insurance Employee Review

Pros

Willing to train new devs

Cons

Way below average compensation, and profit sharing is a thing of the past, with no correlation of anyone's job performance to the profitability of the company, instead it being due to weather. Repeated concerns from associates about the state of compensation and threats (that are now reality as of today) to reduce/remove WFH create an extremely increasing adversarial relationship between associates and upper management. Lack of diversity. My coworkers are extremely white and while there is DEI training it is ironic to have DEI discussions as a group of white men and women. Boasts their "great place to work" designation while ignoring the concerns brought up by associates in their surveys.

Pros

Fun group of people that were not management.

Cons

They lie to employees, clients and claimants. Zero organization, if a barber shop, you're just another head of hair. Replaceable the minute you leave your seat. Zero training, and everything thrown at you. You can't keep up and I felt bad for the claimants and all parties involved because there's no possible way to be professional and timely here. Nothing done right, just work fast to clear them out of a cue. This place is awful and worst places to work are Idaho and Utah! Utah people, management are something else. Extremely under staffed and the management.... they must be desperate to make these people managers.
