      Pros

      Enjoyed the flexibility with my schedule for school/work balance. I enjoy utilizing my creative photography skills, working outdoors and interacting with the dealership staff.

      Cons

      For some people the routine may be monotonous but if you enjoy working outdoors at your own pace then it is a great fit. Biggest con can be the weather which can affect your work production unless you have access to a photo booth indoors.

      Pros

      Flexibility, great compensation, owners and managers want to help the photographers and clients succeed, on-going training.

      Cons

      Only downside to me is the weather can affect our pay slightly if it rains but management will let us make up for it if needed.
