They'll hire and keep any and everybody regardless of reliability, properness, or severe drug use.

If you're in the shop the "installing" managers will rush you through the work, steal the jobs you're not working on and pin them as yours, and send you home early. If you're mobile you get more leeway.
They obviously don't perform extensive background checks due to the sexual predators and drug abusers that work in management and as technicians.
