Pros
It used to have a small family like environment. Our customers were return customers, it was a wonderful feeling to go into work.
Cons
Employees were not respected by corporate. I am a female, my compensation was far below any male that worked below me was compensated. Getting a raise or any form of appreciation was laughable.
