Pros

Easy to get hired if you like driving but you can make 3 times more just doing Uber.

Cons

Lowest pay I've encountered in years. Company rewards only the upper level executives. Management consistently lies about positions, opportunities, and benefits. Read your hire paperwork carefully. Management expects the world for just over minimum wage.

Pros

Really care about their drivers and staff Room to grow and learn Support you, even when you make mistakes They'll invest in you if you're invested in them Acknowledgement of high performers Leaders that are tough but fair Colleagues that support and care Professional development opportunities Never treats drivers like a number Care about the quality of their work/strive for greatness Treat men and women equally

Cons

Demanding, fast paced work like all driveaway. Always on call Sometimes goals are too far reaching and once they are set, they don't change Data driven but data may not be accurate Tolerate poor employees and assume the good ones can make up for it, when everyone knows who is underperforming Afraid to address toxic employees Leadership doesn't fully understand the job Other departments get too much influence in operations

Pros

Perfect job for retirees or those who already have a steady source of income and don't want to sit home all day staring at the ceiling. get out of the house and be paid to drive a car whenever you want. It brings additional income and you'll feel worth something.

Cons

Work is not steady, so don't expect to make a living out of it. Poor upper management support. While some regional offices are run by true professionals, others seem to apply apply selective favoritism towards certain drivers who get the most trips and/or only drive chase vehicles while others do the hard work. Retaliation for speaking up is real. Pay days are an uphill battle at my location, always having to call the office to remind the manager for payment. Drivers are not treated with respect and dignity, and are thrown under a bus at the first opportunity. Very discouraging place to work.
