Pros

Honestly, only the staff that work one-on-one with the children. The BCBA's are all horrendous bullies who will constantly talk bad about each other, create drama, and act fake towards everyone in the room. This place has sucked. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.

Cons

Literally everything besides the staff who works with the children.

Pros

The staff here is very uplifting and supportive. You are provided hands-on teaching before being assigned to a client, and then ongoing supervision while working with your clients. The environment is uplifting and fosters learning and engagement for both the kids and the technicians. The company supports your growth as a technician and within the field, and is supportive of technicians' needs both mentally and physically as well as the needs of clients. This is not a money or power-hungry company, it is a people-first company.

Cons

Cons to working as a behavior technician is that it can be difficult to maintain fulltime hours with client call-offs and cancellations, however, this company does do its best to offer cases in which you can fill in on to redeem the hours you are losing if your client calls off, Saturday makeup sessions are also offered optionally in order to make up those hours for the client's utilization and technicians paycheck. This problem is consistent within the field, not just at this company.

Welcoming! They have a great onboarding program.

Cons
