      Fair treatment, unlike other agencies. Hard work and consistency equates to advancement and financial stability. I have moved up in the company over the years and am in a management position with financial stability. My pay over the years has contributed to the purchase of a home. This company has taught me how to be a professional and the difference between a job and a career. People who want a job, complain. People who want a career do not complain, they improve and contribute to be a better version of themselves to grow. I am grateful to this agency beyond words. This agency cares for the families we serve and for staff.

      Pros

      Great pay! Support from upper and mid tier management is very good, better than other agencies I have worked for! Communication is prompt! They do what they say and not just words. Training is formal with a lot of support. You are not just a number here. They treat you like a human being.

      Cons

      There is a lot of driving some days but I do get paid well for that with mileage reimbursement.

      wonderful client and families, you see the fruitfulness of your labor slowly but surely with your client and the goals, supportive supervisors, flexibility

      Cons

      poor communication with scheduling team and therapist, frequent cancellation from client same day up to 1 hour prior, no formal educational training except shadowing therapists, poor compensation with mileage and driving time, therapist has to frequently check in multiple times with scheduling confirmation and changes, staff shortage, frequent schedule changes
