Pros
The kids and families (clients); the supervisors are great too (but you'll barely ever see them because they have way too many cases)
Cons
Only in it for the money. Expect to work on Saturdays with no lunch breaks; burn out is high because they don't care about your health or wellbeing. No supervision; not understanding about schedule changes (for the clients or employees)
