      There are no pros for working here

      Cons

      They do not care if you get injured on the job. Clients can cancel whenever they want and there is no way to makeup the money lost. Went some months only making $35 if I was lucky.

      • Communication is consistent • Gratitude from knowing your contribution to the world is actually helping people • Supervisors and everyone on team work together to make work flow smoothly even with transitioning to new policies

      Cons

      •Client cancellations can cause BT’s to lose money if clients are not able to meet makeup requirements, however when you do this job in the interest in quality care and NOT solely focused on money aspects you still feel rewarded knowing that you clients are getting services they need but are not being pushed to any detriment!
