During COVID, we prioritized client safety by reducing physical attendance at sessions. As we move beyond COVID, we've established routine protocols that have proven effective, making it unnecessary for full supervisor presence at all times. We’ve also made investments in technology since the pandemic to ensure supervisors are still available for questions and assistance as needed.
When it comes to compensation, we take pride in offering competitive pay, along with mileage reimbursement to demonstrate our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our Behavior Technicians. Our Client Services team strives to create a fitting schedule based on employee availability, location and client needs. To make schedule adjustments, our Behavior Technicians can simply reach out directly to the Client Services team, and they’re more than happy to help.
