Overworked and underpaid - RBT Autism Learning Partners Employee Review

Thank you for the time you spent working with our teams and providing support for our families. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your coworkers and the work-life balance here at ALP. ALP understands driving can be a tedious part of this job, but we make sure all of our Behavior Technicians are paid for their drive time as well as reimbursed for mileage. In fact, earlier this year we increased the mileage reimbursement to account for recent hike in gas prices! We put a lot of time and resources into our training.
