High turnover rate - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Autism Learning Partners Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for helping support our OC families! We understand driving can be a tedious part of this job, but we make sure all of our Behavior Technicians are paid for their drive time and reimbursed for their mileage. Recently, we increased our mileage reimbursement to account for higher gas prices! We also just completed a change to our pay structure for several regions, including our Southern CA locations, for both current and new employees just joining our teams.
