Pros

Good job for someone starting out with no experience. Very flexible with hours.

Cons

They provide two weeks of online training which is not sufficient enough to be able to do your job effectively. There is not enough supervision and they only supervise through zoom not in person. Very high turnover rate for bt's and BCBA's. They pay very low compared to many other company's out there. Mileage reimbursement only if you drive over 20 miles from one client to another. They do not have your back when you file a report to DCF about suspected abuse on a client so be prepared to be scrutinized over every little thing the family you reported to come back on you.

Thank you for this - and for the genuine advice you left for management. Hearing directly from RBTs is something we deeply value, and the fact that you felt those voices weren't reaching the right people is feedback we take to heart. Amazing clients and growth opportunities are things we work hard to protect, and we know that means getting the environment and leadership around them right too. Communication and stability are areas we're actively investing in, and your perspective helps shape that work. Thank you for everything you gave to your clients.
