Pros

Friendly BCBA's, that's about it.

Cons

Company was recently bough out by INVO Healthcare and they completely eliminated the Program Lead role and had all Program Leads move down to CTM2 (full-time ABA therapist, only guaranteed 30 hours), given 2 days to decide if we accepted or declined. They refused to let us see our potential schedules until we accepted but never talked to us about availability, simply saw an opportunity to fill open hours. There is talk of work/life balance but that is given little to no thought when filing your schedule. I cannot work weekends due to childcare and religious reasons but they never checked in with me in regards to my availability, still waiting to hear back about that. This company would have lots of talk about growing within the company which makes it very attractive. Unfortunately, you grow but then you get pushed down in roles after working hard to move up.

Pros

When hired you get a good RBT training, CPI and CPR trainings. You get reimbursed for trainings, certification and commute to these trainings. When I started I had great BCBA's that I could rely on.

Cons

A lot of good BCBA's left, and after covid there was a constant turnover of BCBA's. This created poor quality service for clients. Additionally, as RBT I did not receive any proper support from the BCBA's or the company when those turnovers happened. Eventually, clients just stopped with therapy. If you could not maintain a certain amount of clients, you could not work full time. I have never been able to work full-time for this company. I did not receive any benefits.
