Pros
- Smart, kind and helpful people. Great CEO and CTO and product people. Good engineers and good humans overall.
- Lots of learning, lots of responsibility and ownership. The code you write will make an impact immediately as it's all production software being used by operators daily.
Cons
- Complicated tech stack. Niche product so it's not very intuitive/easy to understand. Takes a while to understand code/the system and start contributing.
