Pros
The culture at Auth0 is incredible, inclusive, collaborative and is super important to every person at every level. They are progressive and future thinking; Auth0 was around 60% remote staff well before Covid hit. This culture and focus on values really comes from the top - Eugenio Pace and the senior leadership team prioritise staff wellbeing and are genuinely awesome people. The Auth0 tech is exceptional so it's easy to get behind it. You also get to work with a team of extremely talented and passionate people who (in my experience) are always willing to collaborate or help out colleagues around the world. Excellent remuneration.
Cons
You're working in a global team with a US HQ, so you may find yourself on calls and Slack/email early in the morning and late at night if you're based in a region outside the US. They are really conscious of this and try hard to work around timezone challenges but in some teams it's inevitable.
