Pros
* A very warm, wise and compassionate team. Solutions are not hacked, but understood well and built to last. * Great foresight of identity and technology. * Independence as an individual. * Great opportunities both inside and outside the team. * Great ideals and model for culture. * Problems are discussed thoroughly and anyone can voice a problem. * Very caring management, people higher up the ladder actually empathize and listen to everyone in the company. This is very rare, there is no "I am your boss", I have always felt its more like "I am your friend" and "We are in this together". * Its a company which is evolving so you have to be open to learning, being educated and deliver. For me those are major pros not cons.
