Very interesting field, you get the sense that the ceiling is high in terms of potential growth for individuals and for the Company. Overall friendly work environment, co-workers And Leads and Managment are nice and approachable. For the most part

9-hour day is a little intense, Training, Lack of accurate 1nformation, Leadership. I'm sure the leaders are great at their job individually, but I wouldn't say they are great leaders... There is a lot of Knowledge and information about the Company and its products to go around. But the Leadership Takes an unfortunate figure it out for yourself approach to training which wouldn't be an issue if some adequate training on the basics were provided. The company as a whole is pretty open to asking question's but getting an answer is almost like pulling teeth. and sometimes those answers can vary in terms of accuracy (not good)
