*Corporate & upper management pick favorites. *Your time is not respected. You’re expected to stay past your shift if someone doesn’t show up or is late. *After years of being here they give you less than a $1 raise annually. *Mandatory all staff meetings in Morgan Hill, sometimes even on a Sunday evening. *If you’re not a manager or certified to train new hires— you DON’T get bonuses. *Corporate keeps cutting how much commission we earn on memberships without saying anything. *Corporate is not understanding about your life outside of work. They expect you to drop everything and dedicate all of your time to the company.
