Pros
My experience here at AustinCSI has been so surreal. I'm engaged with the leaders on a daily basis. I've never felt as though my opinion or ideas were valued until I became an employee of AustinCSI. Though weeks have gone by, I still feel as though I'm dreaming because this is really the ideal work atmosphere. I value the continuous feedback given from such superior individual's because they are trying to mold you into a leader as well. Each person within this company looks out for one another and wants each other to succeed. When arriving to my place of work, I don't feel like I'm going to work, I feel as though I am going to collaborate and get things done with family. Now that I'm here at AustinCSI my outlook on employment has changed. I now know that arriving to work does NOT have to bring unpleasant feelings nor do you have to place your life outside of work on hold to be effective in your workplace. AustinCSI has definitely raised the bar on my expectations for all employers.
