The company offers excellent benefits, including an ESOP program, decent health insurance, and annual profit-sharing bonuses. There’s a strong culture of loyalty with many long-tenured employee-owners, and plenty of opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues with 20+ years at the company. At the same time, it’s becoming more common to see younger employees moving into management roles, creating a good balance of experience and fresh perspectives.
Cons
There are no specific cons with the company itself; however, one challenge common in the construction field is project location. When projects are not close to where you live, the options are often limited to either temporarily relocating or managing a long daily commute.
