      good place to meet a lot of high level people a lot of free meal if you are a journalist

      Cons

      pay very little never pay on time doesn't really treat employee as an long term asset to the company, only a cheap labor

      strong culture with empowerment to deliver at all levels. open plan office enabled open communication

      Cons

      in a very competitive market which is very dynamic and fast important to make changes quickly and execute with short turnaround this sometimes was a challenge
