My experience with Auslogics has been mostly positive. The company has a professional team and a nice working atmosphere. Communication is good, and if you need help, there is usually someone who is ready to support you. I also like that the team is international. You work with people from different countries and learn new things from each other.

Tracking work hours is still part of the process. The tracker is transparent, doesn't take screenshots, and doesn't monitor activity, but some people simply prefer companies that don't use tracking software at all.

I’ve been with Auslogics for 13 years, and I can honestly say it’s a great place to grow professionally. The team is friendly, always ready to help, and management really supports you. Since June 2026, we stopped using time tracking, which makes working here feel even more comfortable and trusting. The company gives plenty of opportunities to develop your skills. The company promotes independence and commitmen. Responsibility and initiative are highly valued. I really enjoy having the freedom to approach tasks creatively and to see the impact of my work, and there’s always something interesting and varied to tackle.

One thing I miss is more offline interaction with colleagues. It would be nice to have more team meetups or social activities from time to time. A broader benefits package would also be a welcome addition, though I understand the limitations that come with a contractor-based setup.
